She is the Founder of Mama Sangha, a mindfulness community for mums. We discuss the benefits of mindfulness and the ways you can incorporate mindfulness into your life and your children’s lives. Jodi speaks on the many issues we face as modern mothers, from competition to overwhelm, and how we can overcome these struggles.
