Excellent Series!
I thoroughly enjoy this series. As confusing the cast of characters and interrelationships are to these western ears Mr. Foster's conversational narrative style helps me keep them straight. It is never a lecture but more like one of those satisfying rambling conversations with a friend. The podcasts also deepen my enjoyment of the constant shows about Japan on the various ‘history’ channels as I can now place what they are covering in context of the larger history of that nation. I noticed that in my ITunes Store the podcasts stop at #17, be assured that this podcast is still active and up to episode #25. Thank you very much Cameron and I hope once you get to modern day you’ll continue with other podcasts.
