This is a much needed podcast shining a light on all the misconceptions pushed as fact by the numerous conspiracy groups and "experts". The info is complete and thorough but the host needs to take a breath and slow down. Unfortunately his speaking style is monotonous without any emphasis on...Read full review »

The most boring podcast i have ever heard
dgtauen via Apple Podcasts · Australia · 06/14/17
Surface level talk about topics, and very low energy. No deep dives on any subject, and relatively short in length compared to any other podcasts around. I started to feel like it was a waste of time, and with the last episode it sounded way too personal, and grasping so goodbye.

Smart guy, but his voice is pretty monotone, which kills a lot of the fun.

Are you interviewing people or are you speaking sprinkled with comments from your guest? This guest probably has hours of stories to tell, your job is to get him talking and make course adjustments to stay on topic. No one except you wants to hear your fragmented thoughts as you stumble through...Read full review »

Subject seems good, but too drab to keep my attention. More conversational would be so much better.

I love what this guy does. However, I wish he'd try and fix his enunciation and general speaking style. (I understand it's not easy, this is just constructive criticism). He's hard to follow sometimes, hard to hear. Sentences and even words cut off mid stream. he stumbles and stutters over words...Read full review »

I love the show, and listen to every episode as soon as it comes out. If you would like information about conspiracies’ true explanations, this is the show for you.

In depth and informative, engaging, well hosted, and the topics are always great. Highly recommended to anyone who enjoys a good podcast, but especially to people interested in psychology, politics, history, current events, and of course conspiracy theories and skepticism.
Xixoioxix via Apple Podcasts · Canada · 07/14/15
I was very much looking forward to a skeptical and rational approach to these conspiracies. Instead, I got biased, non factual information, that had not been slightly researched, often stating "Search google and you'll see lots of evidence". Nope. Instead of a more rounded view of these events,...Read full review »

I have listened to quite a few episodes and can count myself as being very impressed. A much better show than most existing conspiracy or "expose conspiracy" podcasts. The host lets the facts tell their own story, and identifies and separates out the non-facts leading to conspiracies. His...Read full review »

I really enjoy the approach and content of this podcast. Mike does a great job of giving a comprehensive overview of his topics and often ties them together from a historical perspective. My only critique is that there are some instances where information does not seem as well researched as the...Read full review »

This is a great podcast to get some real insight to conspiracies.

It took a while to get into Mike Bohler’s delivery style. I now consider him as good a story teller as Dan Carlin or Bruce Carlson. He has a solid grasp on his subjects; is thorough; and is honest about what is fact, what is opinion and what is a fabrication. Keep up the good work.

This is a great podcast because it's well researched, concise, interesting, well produced and very relaxing while being highly intellectually stimulating. Compared to other podcasts that are out there, this one stands out as a leader if you want thoughtful and realistic viewpoints on lots of...Read full review »

Specifically about the JFK episodes. I hate to be cruel, but this is the slowest and most painful podcast I listened to. I did not expect Mike Bohler to read swathes of Wikipedia pages with added Um’s and AAhs, and apply absolutely NO critical thinking at all, or insight, or rebuttal to any...Read full review »

Love it, wish there were more episodes, listened to all of them a few times. Cant wait for you to go deeper into these conspiracy theories. Honestly liked the unscripted shows better though.

Not the slickest or best production- just a smart guy talking about well researched subjects.

I discovered this podcast while listening to one of my favorite podcasts, Cognitive Dissonance. I gave it a good honest chance, but this podcast is garbage. The episode on 9/11 is an absolute joke. His speaking style is exhaustingly boring, and he clearly cares nothing about facts . Waste of time !

Ugh
Sounds like he is recording in a library and has to whisper ! Monotone madness ! And swallow your friggin spit once in a while ! Is the mic touching your tonsils?? Can't get past the sound to even give the content a chance .. Unlistenable!!
Pepzsux via Apple Podcasts · United States of America · 12/05/13
It's thought to find anything about this topic that doesn't push an agenda on you. This one doesn't do any of that. It's a presentation of facts without a political or ideologic slant. It's worth your time.

I've always liked this podcast for its content, but was a bit turned off by Mike's halting delivery. Lots of pauses, hemming and hawing made for a difficult listening experience. He has now started scripting his programs and this has made an enormous difference. I gave him four stars this...Read full review »

This guy makes some good points and does his research on something's but some times he simply just states he couldn't find evidence and gives a crappy opinion. He doesn't dispute a lot of the facts you actually want an explanation for. The 9/11 episode is horrible.

I'll listen to this podcast for a while longer to see if it improves, but at the present time, it's an unfocused show. Also, the host speaks too meekly, as if he's recording in a house and doesn't want to disturb people sleeping there. Note to host: The word Dubya, slang for George W. Bush, is...Read full review »

If the speaker could actually focus on the topic instead of spending a half hour talking about completely unrelated things this still would not be worth the time to listen to. Seriously worthless podcast. I don't see how anyone could even give this two stars,, boring as hell.

One for a quiet moment to contemplate and disseminate the often crazy ideas of conspiracy theory.. Well researched, well presented , which twinges just a tad of ASMR from time to time too……

Love the podcast, one of my top five out of all I subscribe to. I typically favor podcasts with one 'host' who focuses on a particular topic, and this fits that bill. It has gotten better since the beginning, but saying that it has never been 'bad' by any means. Overall it's a decent length and...Read full review »

The last Chemtrails episode, seemed a bit heavy on chatty talk, but very little information on the claims on either sides I would just like to hear a bit more information. Ok, all joking aside I really want to like this podcast, and I plan on sticking with it for a while to see if it picks up, but there is one main flaw. Sound. the cure for insomnia. 10 minutes in and he had not really started on the topic. I believe he was on the same sentenance though. Too many detours and parentheticals delivered in a monotone. If you don't sound excited and enthused to be speaking, no one will be interested in listening

I like the quiet, calm delivery. A contrast from the shrill, strident and screaming deliveries more common on the topic of conspiracies. Nice podcast content. Delivery is a bit choppy. And please - the word, "Especially" is pronounced Es-pesh-a-lee, not Ek-spesh-a-lee. Things like this are distracting to listen to.
