“I'm so excited to listen to this new interview and hear more about Greg's experience. He's a hero of mine.
Also super cool to hear that he's been in Minnesota! I commute all along the river in Minneapolis/Saint Paul on my "I'm a huge Greg LeMond fan" bike. (Gitane Tour de France from the '70s, but with a rad paint job from Chris Kvale that makes it look like the Gitane Greg rode. I traded for this bike with a friend I played music with who had actually raced against Greg when he was young. Now you know all about my bike, which also has these really rad Huret Jubilee derailleurs,)
Besides being able to go bicycle touring with my family when my daughters get a bit older, my biggest dream in life is to see Greg LeMond sitting on a bench near Bohemian Flats as I go climbing up the hill on my Gitane.
