Today I speak with Dr. Derek Ochiai, an orthopaedic surgeon who is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons. He specializes in injuries to the upper and lower extremities, including hip, knee, and shoulder arthroscopy. Dr. Ochiai uses both non-surgical and minimally invasive surgical techniques to help his patients return to their active lifestyles. He has been performing cutting-edge hip arthroscopies since 2003. He is currently a physician at Nirschl Orthopedic Center in the Arlington area of Virginia.
