Today I am speaking with ultra runner Rachel Drake. She is the mother of a 1.5 year old, a two time top 10 finisher at UTMB races (7th at CCC in 2019 and 6th at OCC in 2023), Black Canyon 100k champion and was 2nd at the Golden Trail World Championships in 2020.
