“Leo's use of fillers like ummm and ahhh as well as the constant licking his lips and swallowing make this podcast extremely difficult to endure. I wish this guy would learn how to broadcast and speak publicly. he advocates trying to become the best and most knowledgable on your career yet he invests no time or effort in learning how to speak to an audience on a microphone.
