Engaging and informative!
A series of engaging conversations that shine a lot on a topic many people may not have thought a lot about: overeseas adoptions and the impact they have on the life and cultueral identiy of the adoptees... but also just good storytelling.

Different aspects of the adoption stories resonated with me as a fellow KAD. I love the series that allowed each adoptee to his/her individuality. Each story was truly touching and raw emotion. Thank you for highlighting the good, the bad, and everything in between of transracial adoptions.

As the sister of a Korean adoptee this podcast has really helped me understand the nuance and complexity of feelings around transracial adoption. There’s such a variety of experiences and perspectives to draw on. I’m really sad that I discovered it during season 6 and it’s now coming to an end.

as an adoptee its super cool to hear a lotta different perspectives and stories because all interviewees have a different story and perspective. each episode is really well done and strikes the perfect balance between informative and emotional.
