Great variety of guests; raw and honest
I have spent hours devouring this podcast since being diagnosed with ADHD a month ago (at 32 years old). I followed Alex’s account on Instagram and went to the podcast from there. Normally I hate podcasts because I don’t have the patience for them (unsurprising, really), but I appreciate this one so much because it’s so raw and honest. I love that there are a variety of guests from different walks of life, all whose ADHD presents differently. There’s a large amount of female guests which is really good as well. Alex gives each guest the space to talk and I walk away feeling like I’ve actually learned something and understand myself a bit better. There are a couple of other ADHD related podcasts out there that feel so staged or don’t really add value because they don’t even really scratch the surface of the topic.
