Listen now
Description
Growth mindset is the belief that our talents, skills, and abilities can be developed whereas a fixed mindset assumes that these are "set" and that we're not able to improve them. Learn more about Growth and Fixed Mindsets and how these  can impact those of us with ADHD as we learn to work with our brains!
