When we're overwhelmed, we may be advised to delegate tasks to others. Being able to ask for help is impoortant when we're managing our energy, but many of us struggle with the executive functioning skills we need to do this! Skills likeĀ  judging time, prioritizing, planning, sequencing, and organizing are needed when we break down tasks (or lists of tasks) and delegate to others.
