Review from a women w/ ADHD
Marc and John are some of the funniest, smartest, kindest men I know and their podcast reflects that. I’m a life coach for womxn and non binary folx with ADHD (@authenticallyadhd for those who may know me). Proper support, resources + care for men is so needed, deserved, important and unfortunately, not usually super accessible. There is so much stigma and shame. John and Marc are truly pioneers in this realm within ADHD. I know them both as friends, and can honestly say they walk the walk. They both check up on me regularly, genuinely care about their work and helping others, and actively work on their own healing. They’re the real deal. It is an honor to listen to them and learn from them. Love, Jam

The good episodes are so good, lots of awesome conversations about masculinity, race, and navigating adhd. They should really be more selective about who they interview, though. Some episodes are total pseudoscience junk, especially around diet. Listen at your own risk and be critical.

I really appreciate that this exists! The two hosts are so thoughtful, kind, intelligent, and they seem really passionate about fighting some of the stigmas associated with men and ADHD! Highly recommend giving this a listen :)
