Great...but needs fact checking
This podcast gets an "A+" for at least attempting to drag younger listeners into financial reality. I don't have an issue with the loose format, as some reviewers have. All podcasts of this type are entertainment. If 10 minutes of up-front repartee is what it takes to grab the attention of 20- and 30-somethings, I'm all for it! Where it needs work, and only occasionally, is in the facts presented. For example, distributions from traditional IRAs and 401Ks are always taxed as ordinary income; capital gains don't enter that discussion. Similarly, VGTSX and VBMFX, by themselves, do not constitute broad diversification. Just a little bit more homework and research will make this a 5* podcast. Good job!Read full review »

The hosts make a good pair with their vastly different viewpoints. I like the rental income portion and all the topics J Money comes up with. I nicknamed this the Moneypants podcast.
