“So far, I've listened to almost all the episodes. Definitely a solid 4 star and will easily hit 5 once they build momentum. I'm a money geek and like how Jay and Paula tackle financial independence from two totally different angles.
Being a real estate investor and an index investor, I can relate to both approaches. The best part of this show is it shows how two totally different strategies can help you achieve early retirement.
Bottom line, it's a no nonsense, no hype show on achieving financial freedom sprinkled with lots of humor. Kinda like eavesdropping on two millennials who are discussing their finances over happy hour.
As a bonus, they also discuss how they run their businesses. If you are looking for inside tips for a side hustle or ever wondered how bloggers make money online you won't be disappointed.
