I met Mikey at a trauma center and wondered what I’d get out of his teaching being raised Catholic. Low and behold I couldn’t wait to see him on Saturdays. I made sure to give him a T-Shirt that I gave to everyone there so he would know how much he helped me start the recovery for the lost of my...Read full review »

What a wonderful series of teachings, consistently strong and humorous and relatable. Buddhist teachings for everyone, even for non-Buddhists. Insights about addiction for everyone, even those who do struggle with addiction. I’m grateful to have found this podcast.

This podcast has quickly become a favourite of the Buddhist podcasts I listen to. It’s down to earth, sometimes funny, but most importantly, it’s speaks deeply to me.

I’m still learning. Andrew and others talk about Buddhist ideas, the Eightfold Path etc. in a simple and sometimes humorous way, relating the topic to their own lives and I enjoy that, and benefit from it. I’ll definitely keep listening.

This podcast has everything- cool folx, cussing, storytelling, and meaning. I love how Andrew and Mickey discuss the dharma in a conversational way, easing truth bombs into your lap as easily as a sleepy cat. I listen and share as often as possible

This is the best Buddhism podcast I know of. How this guy ended up in Nashville I have no idea. It’s a rare podcast that makes me want to go on a cross country road trip.

The podcast is accessible (the speaker is relatable) without the foul language. Consider choosing more carefully your words. I would be able to share this message with more people, e.g. my children. Thank you for your work. 🕊🌈❤️

I went searching for a meditation podcast and stumbled upon the Wild Heart because I liked the title. And the podcast lives up to the name. It offers a clear-eyed, down to earth, non-sanctimonious exploration of the path. I am very grateful. Thank you!

I’m very grateful to have this podcast when I can’t be at the meditation center in Nashville.

Great Dharma talk! Andrew has become one of my favorite teachers. He delivers Buddhist teachings and principles in a very down-to-earth, accessible fashion. This is a great podcast for secular folks that are interested in Buddhist practice but who aren’t keen to focus on more religious traditions.

I like this podcast a lot and what I appreciate the most is that it’s in a real setting. If you ever attended meditation centers or classes similar to this, it’s very easy to imagine yourself sitting in the room with Andrew and the rest of the group. He’s a great teacher and I very much enjoy the...Read full review »
