Start with Deb’s Alcohol Myths episode. Maybe if I heard this before I got sober 9 years ago, I would have been helped and reached.

Listening to other people’s experiences has been one of the most helpful ways to rethink my drinking habits. I love that this podcast explores the gray area of “maybe too much” and “what might work better.” It was a nice way to start exploring how and why I drink without feeling a stigma attached.
