I discovered this podcast from a library event for The Busy Body. Very enjoyable. Including the marathon episode on The Mousetrap!

Agatha’s greatest fan here, or so I thought. I have really enjoyed listening, am working through in order and am just about to listen to Death Comes as the End. Thoughts I’ve had during listening so far. 1) Someone needs to explain about 100s and 1000s, 2) Someone needs to tell them how to...Read full review »

Have listened to nothing else (I even stopped listening to my Christie books, or should I say paused, because I will of course go back to them) since I found this podcast! Am currently on an episode from November 2022 so not even caught up to present date yet. 😅 Every new episode is more...Read full review »

For a seemingly niche subject scope this podcast has tones of charm and is a pleasure for even those who like but are not devotees of Christie. Hosts enthusiasm is sincere and engaging, many great interviews.

I’ve coined a word to describe this podcast. If you’re a fan of the author’s work, you are really gonna love this podcast. It covers all the bases (including lots you didn’t even know existed)!

I discovered this podcast during my daily COVID walks early in the pandemic and it re-introduced me to Agatha Christie. I came for the simple pleasure of rediscovering her genius and stayed for the thoughtful analysis (even when I disagree with a ranking) of story, place and time. Kemper and...Read full review »

Obviously West Coast Christie fans but it’s a shame they can’t hide their own political and woke persuasions when assessing the works of one of the most popular authors of all time. They seem to use her catalogue of work as a sound board to air their own agendas. You see in England we regard her...Read full review »

It’s such a joy to rush over to the All About Agatha podcast each time I finish one of her books, listen to the episode, and compare notes on the novel. Kemper (and his late and dearly missed co-host Catherine) is whip-smart, thoughtful, and hilarious. Their passion for Christie shines through. A...Read full review »

Enjoyable podcast that highlights some fascinating links between the books. Shame that the host is long-winded and dominates the interviews rather than letting his guests shine.

This is a great podcast if you enjoy Agatha Christie and all of her works. It’s well-researched and has been a great way to hear from Christie scholars, too. Not many people in my life have this particular interest, so it has been nice to find this community.

Growing up, Agatha Christie was my very favorite author. I have read pretty much all her books. These podcasts are just the best. The victims, the suspects, the plots—love how they break these down. Such a wonderful podcast. I am so glad I found it.

I enjoy listening to the corresponding podcast episode so much after finishing an Agatha Christie book. I started listening to All About Agatha recently so it’s exciting to have all the backlog to listen to.

But this podcast has proven me wrong! I have read several of her books, but knew very little about Dame Agatha. However, I am learning and enjoying it so much! (Plus, Kemper’s expansive vocabulary keeps me on my toes.)

Examining all the works of Agatha Christie was a bold thing to attempt. After listening to way too many true crime podcasts, I needed a break. But not a complete break. So I was thrilled to find this as a lifelong Agatha Christie fan. Even after all the novels have been ranked, the fun continues! Great work Kemper and the much-missed Catherine.

I have loved Agatha Christie since childhood, but after listening to Catherine and Kemper’s reviews, I’ve come to appreciate her much more. As Kemper has expanded beyond the novels and short stories, I am a big fan of the scholarship, insight and warmth. He brings to the podcast.
