Pete McCall consistently hosts some of the most knowledgeable guests who provide expertise on a wide variety of health and fitness topics. Pete’s upbeat style makes learning to live healthier and longer even more fun. The “Better Fitness Through Sleep” podcast with foremost sleep expert, Dr. Craig Heller, Stanford University, was fantastic. Everyone should listen to this podcast to understand what happens during sleep and why adequate sleep is critical to us maintaining good health and performance.

I like Pete’s style, down to earth and very informative. I’ve listened to a lot of fitness podcasts but among the ones I’ve stayed subscribed to is Pete’s. Thanks Pete, you’re making a positive difference.
