Full of misinformation and complaining about programs that are clearly not investigated thoroughly and accurately.

this podcast is basically the Australian version of Maintenance Phase - absolutely love it!

Love the content. Really hoping the bright line eating part 1 gets reuploaded as it’s currently not working. There are tons of anti diet programs but this one resonates with me and I like the delivery. Could use a better mic / sound quality but not a deal breaker. Knocked off one star because...Read full review »

Great podcast, love the passion. Please fix Bright Line Part 1. It’s only 1 min long so I’m guessing there was a technical glitch with the upload.

Thanks for this great podcast. Diet culture is so toxic and damaging. Great snarky and intellectual podcast. Can’t wait to listen to all your episodes.

I love this podcast. This is a must-hear.

Louise Adams and her guests know how to bring it! They know how to break everything down in the non diet world and are so helpful in analysing gaslighting products, diets, and so much more! And the humour is absolute gold! Thank you for being an awesome warrior for all of us! 😊

Love this podcast. It synthesizes the insanity of diet culture. After struggles with bulimia and residual disordered eating, I thought I was the problem. Fired Up is a succinct, sassy, and still entertaining podcast. Thank you!! Come back with new episodes! We need you. 💜

I love how unapologetic Louise and her guests are in taking down diet culture and calling out the systems of oppression that keep people stuck in the thin ideal

As a health professional, it is very interesting, and surprising to hear how unqualified people are leading movements in the health field, and as a mother who has been around other mums and their judgements on food, I am relieved to hear sugar isn’t that bad after all. I might go bake some cookies!

I love it! Louise is so insightful and compassionate. This podcast has really opened my eyes as to how pervasive diet culture is, and it brings me joy to hear Louise and guests rip it a new one.

This podcast is brilliant, affirming and evidence based. Heal your relationship with food and your body

The keto episode is rubbish- just sounds like two girls gossiping about a diet. I’ve been essentially eating a keto diet for five years and have lost 87kgs. There is no “correct” way. Ppl just need to find what works for them and it’s not just about food. It’s emotional health that helps sustain...Read full review »

Louise is so genuine and so articulate, and she really lets her guests show their knowledge for the benefit of her audience. I have been listening nonstop.

I love Louise's topics and enthusiasm for her topics and agree with her material. It's just that I find her manner of tittering nervously after almost every statement to be confusing and distracting.Read full review »

I really love the content of this podcast but wish Louise would upgrade her microphone. The audio is really bad, which is a real shame.

Love it but the sound quality in some episodes is not great and somewhat ruins it for me maybe would be worth investing in a microphone? Keep spreading your messenge much love x

My favourite podcast. Louise presents engaging material and inspiring guests on how to let go of diet culture. The audio quality is great. Louise is an expert and leader in challenging the dominant diet paradigm and weight stigma. She inspires me to put joy back into life.

Louise is on a mission and I am cheerleading from the back. Finally, an unapologetic response to diet culture, a call to get mad and stand up for ourselves and each other. It might be furious but this is actually about revolutionary compassion. Thank you Louise and guests!

Love the passion! Love that she digs into the research, but doesn't overwhelm with details. Keep putting that BS on blast, Louise! The eps on OA, Toxic Gym Culture & Eating Disorders are so far my fans & I've recommended other professionals take a listen!Read full review »

I had hoped to find a thought leader, but unfortunately the author seems to be caught up in an individual rampage on diet that takes her reasoning far beyond research and facts and makes it sound like nothing more than a personal crusade. Slightly disappointing.

I listened to this driving and had to pull over and park because I couldn’t see through the tears. The relief that flooded my body when I heard that the weight didn’t come first and the loss of said weight will not necessarily be the miracle cure my body is searching for. I love getting fired up each week with Louise and guests! A feisty and science based look at why diet culture and beauty standards are BS and why we should think critically about things. I hear you all the way in Canada! Keep up the great work!

It’s not easy to recover from an eating disorder in our eating disordered and fat phobic culture. This podcast is a great way to help one stay aware of the forces that want to pull us back into the unhealthy ways of thinking regarding our bodies and food.

I love this podcast. The message is so needed and it’s so nice to get an Australian perception on the anti diet message. I’m very much in the angry stage of recovering from diet culture bull$h!t and the rants are helping with that process!
