Imbalanced treatment of introversion/extroversion
I really enjoy this podcast and was excited to listen to the two-part series about introversion vs extroversion. I found that it was quite imbalanced in that it seemed to treat introversion as a defecit of extroversion rather than a separate quality with its own traits and strengths. Both episodes describe situations where introverts benefit from learning to act as extroverts in certain situations. These are valid experiences but I am left with the message that extroversion is the more useful quality. There is no discussion of what I think of as the benefits of introverted behaviour (e.g. being a detached observer in social situations; self-sufficiency; being a good listener; being happy to be alone some of the time to concentrate on projects; being less affected by lack of social stimulation during a pandemic). Both behaviours have their benefits and I would have enjoyed a more balanced treatment.

More reviews of All In The Mind
I love sitting down for a coffee on the weekend and listening to ABC podcasts, and All in the Mind is one of the best! Great discussions on the mind and consciousness. Informative, entertaining and really well produced :)
