In 2016 Tom Boyd was in the first premiership winning Western Bulldogs team since 1954. He kicked the goal that would go down as one of the greatest moments in AFL history and put the Premiership out of reach of the Sydney Swans.  Giving up a multi-million dollar contract, the story of Tom's retirement just over 2 years later, at the age of 23 is remarkable. Tom speaks so beautifully about the importance of managing your mental health, being happy regardless of factors like money and how retirement isn't the end, it's a career transition.
