Authenticity and Vulnerability Exemplified!
I’m not even a therapist, and I get so much out of each episode. In the last year on my own mental health growth journey, I’ve discovered a pretty intense draw to get into grad school and become a licensed therapist. I’ve questioned myself, self-selected out, and suppressed my goals so many times that the mantra “I’ll just end up being a bad therapist” was there when I thought of it. BUT, this podcast has shown that it is normal, human, and expected to be one at some point along the way. You’ve helped me with so much insight into the human factors and helped my confidence so much. This podcast is amazing, I look forward to the future episodes! Trevor, Quantico, VA

Thank you, thank you, thank you for making this podcast. I’m listening to ep11 about termination and I’m seriously close to tears. I’m currently in a similar situation to your guest and hearing this conversation has really helped me feel less alone. Time to go wrangle my supervisor!

This podcast is so needed in our community. It’s raw, honest, and relatable. At times this profession can feel very alone with the hours, the stories, and the work… this podcast bridges the gap. The relatable stories normalize the questions that swirl in our head…
