“In our speech class, we were told to find a podcast to write summaries for. When finding one I came across you guys. Every week I wrote about the crazy stories you were sent or you read. I think it was a learning experience indeed. Listening to the Podcast for 16 weeks, I can finally say it was a great experience. Although I find it at times when Jake and Shannon tend to speak over each other, they're still giving the best opinions. Danny tends to speak more during the beginning of the pod and gives less of his opinion towards the end which is where it counts. Shannon is a big personality which is why we love her. The pod would be dry if she wasn't there. Maybe there are times when she is being kind to Karen but it gives the pod more opinions since she gives some of her experiences. Jake gives more opinions to the people that Op is talking about. He does not let his opinion be influenced, which is very needed nowadays. Danny is never one-sided but needs more of a voice. I mean if it’s your podcast you should be the main one speaking and giving your opinions. But I find that he does give the best responses overall. The pod is fun and makes me want to listen to it more even when it’s not assigned to me.”Read full review »
