Absolutely Topnotch!
Chris's enthusiasm is infectious. The diversity of his guests in both travel experiences and opinions is refreshing and Chris's questioning style is totally honest and professional. I have listened to this podcast for many months now and it provides fantastic escapism from a cold British winter's morning on the drive to work as well as great inspiration for the next trip. If you're interested in travel (either armchair or for real) this, together with his other podcast 'This week in Travel' (done in conjuction with Gary and Jen) are a great place to start.Read full review »

I just listened to the NYC podcast and I couldnt get through it. There was this heavy breathing in the recording that grated on my nerves. I don't know if it is just this episode but if it's on any others, I am unsubscribing!Read full review »

Chris does a great job sharing his own travel experiences, as well as bringing in great guests. The podcasts have incredible breadth.

Low-key, low-tech and always enjoyable and educational. A low budget Rick Steves.
