Give it a try - I did - it's a great podcast
I'm always looking for new podcasts in the Travel and Genealogy/Family History fields. The Amateur Traveler is an excellent podcast, one of several that I listen to each time a new episode arrives (the others at Travel with Rick Steves and A Year in Europe). Chris does a great job in asking questions of the travelers and manages, somehow, to find people who can actually do good interviews without being professional writers in the field. Chris, an early adopter of the embedded photos-in-a-podcast technology brings interesting corners of the world closer to home with insightful interviews and anecdotes. Definitely worth downloading the topics that interest you!
