Honest and Real
Loved that Ethan just explains his journey with all the ups and downs. There is so much information out there from “experts”: doctors, nutritionists and other weigh loss specialists…they contradict each other and it kind of makes me crazy, so I loved that he talked about all the different diets he’s tried. My motto has become, "Do what works for you," and I feel like he's coming from that place as well. I like how he talked about food as functional or entertainment. I do think there is a difference in the quality of food: a piece of Wonder bread is different from a piece of sprouted grain bread - the quality of your fuel matters to health (if you're thinking about health and not just weight - and he did mention that with his cholesterol reference). Thanks for your authenticity! Can’t wait to hear more episodes!Read full review »
