“I know it's CNN after all, but this is even less of a journalistic enterprise than what passes for news on the cable channel. These podcasts consist of Cooper framing the issues and questions that are to be discussed by his guests, followed by partisan hacks of all stripes calling each other liars. It's unbearable, especially when there are podcasts rich with content and with an overlay of journalism. Instead of this dreck, listen to FiveThirtyEight, Off Message from Politico (I know, but it's not that bad, really), The Axe Files (not very hard-hitting but with a collegiality that's preferable to this crap), The New Yorker Politics and More, Face The Nation, NPR Politics Podcast.
