Let guests talk more
Interesting show, but like so many podcasts the host seems more interested in sharing his views on any given topic over listening to what his guests have to say and giving them space to talk.

Great show. The introductions are far too long and unnecessarily chatty between Andrew and his wife(who sounds very nice but I skip the fluffy intros, political comments, extended promotion).
