Amazing podcast!
As a professional cook and aspiring chef I love to hear the stories and insights from chefs I have looked up to and followed for years. I also love to learn about new chefs and find new inspirations from chefs that I have not heard of before! Andrews interviews guide the conversation in great form and bring up all the topics that young chefs want to hear from those we are following in the footsteps of! The one problem I have with this show are the intros!! They are too long! One I just listened to was over 18 minutes long, almost a third of the show. I understand that Andrew has a book he is excited about, and obviously enjoys sharing aspects of his life in and out of the culinary scene, but it is Andrew talks to chefs. Love the show but less Andrew and family and more chefs! And keep those less know chefs coming!
