Love it
I have been a cook for 30 years and am now a farmer/cook. I love listening to your podcast. You touch on so many aspects of the industry it is crazy. I point all of my cooks/workers toward the podcast. It sparks many conversations and helps them find their way. At least that’s my opinion. You show many different approaches and ways to be creative.
