So helpful in building understanding of anger
I am in the midst of a relationship crisis at the moment and in terms of understanding my issues that I have to deal with, I have found this podcast to be insightful and very relevant for this wishing to make a change to their behaviours. I shall be having this on loop until I have embedded all of the tips. The most important thing I’ve learned today is that anger is not caused by someone else, it is your own response to a situation and of you accept it as this then this odd the first step to taking control of a very unhealthy trait.
