Perfect companion for mother runners
The hosts of these podcasts, Sarah Bowen Shea and Dimity McDowell, are the authors of Run Like a Mother and Train Like a Mother, two invaluable books for women who are runners and mothers. The authors' smart, witty voices are loud and clear in both mediums, and keep readers and listeners engaged and eager for more. These podcasts are clear and concise, and filled with useful and helpful information about everything from training programs and injuries to juggling parental and familial responsibilities without losing sight of personal goals. Sarah and Dimity do a spot on job building their content from audience feedback, making their pages and podcasts infinitely relevant to the lot that shares such a powerful connection in motherhood and running.Read full review »
