Everyone has an emotional mask that is either placed upon us or we put on ourselves.  These masks cause anxiety, depression, and a lack of true identity.  It's difficult enough to live life as it is, so why do we live a life that's not authentic to who we really are?  We seem to play a role that has it's roots from others expectations or the expectations we put on ourselves.  Letting go of our mask is the first step to healing and becoming.
