They can't provide it free...new US accounting regulations mean that any upgrade in functionality needs to result in revenue... The iPhone gets the upgrades free while the Touch does not because it's upgrades are paid for by the phone bills...also the iPhone itself is I believe accounted for over a period of 2 years... and lastly, while I'd rather not pay, $20 is nothing. With the addition to the enterprise funtionality the iPhone will become the perfect smart phone. It is just the set of updates I needed to allow me to use my phone at the office. Windows may be the dominant OS in the workplace, but this phone still turns heads. :)Read full review »
