“I love this podcast. The guests, the content, and the focus of the show are inspirational and very helpful. The host needs to keep building his interviewing skills. It's dismaying when he relates every guest comment to himself... "I'm so glad you said that because it reminds me of me," and "Wow, that's great because when I did such and so," etc. Instead, the host could do some podcasts just on his own thoughs and experiences, rather than detracting from his guests' contributions when they should be the focus.
