“A great comics podcast, Around Comics each week has a different panel and main topic to discuss. The panel always comprises people of different backgrounds who all love many different kinds of comics. The discussions are intelligent but no one ever takes themself too seriously and that makes for a nice balance between geeky deconstruction and just having a good time. The show also has a thorough news segment, discussion of news items by the panel and the "Top of the Stack" weekly reviews. They now broadcast live each week from a Chicago comics shop, and having the panel in one place has greatly improved the audio quality. Give it a listen.”Read full review »
