“I had the opportunity to chime in on the topic as one of the panel members on this episode. It was my first foray into the podcast world...and it was awesome. My typical day involves various comic-related podcasts playing in the background as I work. But when I discovered Around Comics, I realized that I was listening more than I was working. Great discussions. Great interviews. Great production. So you can imagine my surprise when I found out that the show was recorded right where I live - Chicago! After introducing myself on the forums and in person, the guys were nice enough to invite me onboard for an episode. Watching the guys in action (while tossing in my two cents every now and then) was fun and being on the other side of the fence was interesting. “The show seems a bit too “all over the place” for my likening. I do enjoy the show but feel that it could use some tighter editing. When the show is on point and not being too pretentious it’s one of the better comic book podcasts.”
