Love the show, its entertaining and has great information for scouts and leaders. In one episode Steve and Buttons cover the policy and resoning behind "Two Deep Leadership" (something every leader in Scouting needs to understand) and a bunch of really great jokes that I am going to use in...Read full review »

This is yet another of my top favorites. I just love to listen to the Great Scoutmaster Steve bring a little nostalgia from Troop 68 in Melrose into a really well produced audio-only podcast. I just love the Melrose video podcast but it's very hard to get work done while watching the video. With...Read full review »

Hello, I just turned 19, and I became an eagle scout last year in February. My time in scouting has given me a great many experiences to look back on and remininse about, ever since I started as a Cub Scout 13 years ago! Scouting and its ideals are still prevalent in my life even now as I attend...Read full review »

Sorry, I appricate your work I just don't see anyone getting anything from your show the way you do it. You do have some great messages, but Buttons for one thing just kills it. The boys that would possible listen to this would be turned off by him and as an adult I can see listening to it. You...Read full review »

UPDATED: #10 was just released and this show is catching a wave! Scout songs, helpful hints and old time Scoutmaster minutes. Plus Buttons! Scouts and Scouters alike need to listen to this one! OLD REVIEW: As a new Scoutmaster I look at all available resources and this one is on the short list...Read full review »

I enjoy hearing the antics of Steve and Buttons. Even as a Cubmaster I find useful material in these podcasts. They are well done and informative. I subscribe to all of the ptcmedia.net podcasts!

Steve and Buttons have something for everyone: from the bright-eyed tiger to the wise old commissioner. This format really has the right mix to keep cubs engaged and interested in bridging.

This one is a great format with Steve interacting with Buttons the Radical Boyscout. All the shows on the PTC Network are family friendly, but this one (along with the video contributions of Melrose Scouting Productions) are the ones that the youth themselves will find the most enjoyable. And...Read full review »

Another of the great Scouting podcasts from PTC Media. Love Buttons and that other dude that helps out a bit on the show. Sorry Steve, couldn't resist yanking your chain a bit. I can't wait for each and every show.

Whether you are an adult leader, a Cub Scout just learning the ropes, or a seasoned Boy Scout looking for campfire ideas, this is a great podcast with lots of ideas and fun humor.

Wow I'm the first review. Steve does a great job with this podcast. I like the format. I enjoy that he brings in Buttons. I haven't listened to any other scouting podcasts that include characters. Most are the boring blah blah this and that stuff format. Not Steve!. Steve Please don't drop...Read full review »
