I’ll likely never get to meet all the ashtanga teachers that Mulqueen interviews, but I get to learn from them because of these podcasts. And as currently a home practitioner, it helps me feel connected to the larger ashtanga community, supports my practice with the learning, and helps me feel not so alone — but instead that I still am connected to this vast lineage that has given me so much.
