Great guests, some room for improvement for the host
I listen to every single espisode and learn a lot, got really inspired from lots of the conversation. As some one who just started my ashtanga journey, this has been a valuable resource for my learning, and otherwise I don't think I would have a chance to listen to so many great teachers around the world in such a personal way. I am extremely grateful for the work Peg put into this. With that said, I hope Peg can put aside the need of feeling offended/ upset (and I know it's hard) with all the negative reviews, instead try to take a step a back and see why they have such opinion - regardless of the way they say it. I do feel that Peg sometime gets carried away talking too much about herself/ her own practice/ opinions (which, if not too much, is great because lots of us share those too). Peg tends to get too excited to talk as soon as the guest mention something that she has relevant experiences and sometime just cuts off the guest before they can elaborate their thoughts. If she can be a bit calmer/ quieter and gives the guests more space to talk, and makes her comments more neutral instead of mostly about her and how she practices, I will enjoy the podcast much much more. I am not trying to criticize, just trying to contribute to what I think can make the podcast better. Hope you don't take it personal or get offensive, and thank you again for your work.Read full review »

Peg Mulqueen’s conversations with other Ashtanga teachers are always both entertaining and educational. She’s a treasure! And a fearless and forthright interlocutor!

they have amazing guests and some episodes are really interesting to listen to but sorry, the hosts talk waaay too much about themselves and about their lifes and ask stupid questions (like the first question in the laruga glaser episode)

All my favorite elements of podcasting in one show. Peg is an amazing interviewer you can tell she loves talking to people and learning about them. Each guest offers a different lesson and experience to the listener because Peg is such a good listener. I always know I will hear something...Read full review »
