“It’s so refreshing to have a therapist explain things a little more clear to you. All the questions are answered in such a real genuine way, even if I can’t relate to every question I always learn something new about mental health so that I can be a bit more sympathetic towards what someone else might be going through. It’s a really nice and positive podcast for me to listen to especially while I’m driving l, or have anxiety, it just always makes me feel like I’m not alone.”
