So helpful! Suggestion.. time stamps in description?
Firstly, thank you! I have found this podcast extremely helpful. I feel like since covid sent my depression and anxiety on fire I haven’t been able to get my emotional state back to normal. I’ve had depression and anxiety since adolescence and have managed with therapy and medication, but since our world has gone crazy and seems to be continuing to lose its mind, I’ve had trouble getting. Back to my baseline. I’ve been in therapy and have tried changing my meds but am still struggling. I find listening to this pod super helpful and encouraging. I do have a suggestion/ request.. it would be amazing if you could put time stamps next to the questions your addressing in the descriptions. As a busy mom sometimes I don’t have time to listen to the entire pod and just listen to certain questions I find pertinent. Time stamps would be SUPER helpful :)
