“I have a very hard time falling asleep but this helps with that I love that there is a wide variety of sounds like one day I might be in a hail mood one day I might be in a light rain mood I also might be in a brushing the microphone mood there is ASMR for that they are very clear noises and not super soft like volume all the way up it’s barley enough sound or not to loud like 0 u can’t hear and 1 is too loud and most of all I love that it is on the podcast app for people who might not have, say SoundCloud or YouTube for relaxing ASMR and I used to have to wait until i was in the city to hear the city traffic or wait until it rains for rain same for thunder ECT.
