Actually, I got started with Slacker Astronomy which has morphed into Astronomy Cast. Dr. Pamela Gay has a rare and valuable talent for explaining things clearly. She knows of what she speaks. The night sky (which is unbelievably clear in the dry air which is free of light pollution in the desert) will never be the same. Highly recommended if you have the slightest interest in what goes on outside our planet.”
