Gratitude to Natasha
A generous, accessible, down-to-earth, evidence-based information and gentle guidance for families. As a early career clinician and a mum to a kid with anxiety I have found this really relevant and adaptable to my life, my child’s and our family. I often find myself nodding and talking out loud when I concur with your approach, of have a light bulb moment.

Natasha offers insight into anxiety and ways that parents can address it. As a parent of an anxious kid, I appreciate all the info I can get! One note - she can get off topic which I find frustrating because I have limited time. I sometimes FF because of that.
