I’m 70 and still lift 5-6 times per week. Could you do more on lifting at older ages! We all get there eventually 🤞 I basically do push/pull/legs 2 times per week Need some variation

By far the most knowledgeable trainer on the Internet! I’m 57 and have been actively exercising for over 30 years. Since following Jeff’s videos and downloading his AX-1 program I’ve had more physical improvements in 5 months than 20 years! This guy is the real deal.
