I recently met and recorded an episdoe with Tyson. I've been a guest on many podcasts and am a regular listener to some of the greats. Tyson struck me most with his authentic curiosity about succeeding, falling short and everything in between. As an athlete, I resonate with his thought process...Read full review »

Love these short stories…the really bring it back to the glory days giving me more context of issues all athletes went through during their tenure. Perfect for the commute to work….they get my mind right to attack the day.

Really captivating voice and stories about athletes. Sports is one of my favorite pastimes. As a father I want people to hear this for their kids.

I am fascinated with people’s stories and Tyson’s podcast gives me a glimpse of another world. It is early April 2016 and, so far, my favorite is his NCAA series with the third interview (Bruff) being one I can listen to time and again. Millions of dollars are generated by college basketball yet...Read full review »

You can hear Tyson’s passion with every breath that he takes. Collegiate sports are so important to our youth and it’s great for students, athletes, teachers, and coaches to hear the stories from other successful collegiate players/coaches. I caught onto this podcast in the 4th episode but now...Read full review »

A series of podcasts like these are long overdue. I actually read Tyson Hartnett's book and it was a great read and told a powerful story. The podcasts are an extension of that work it seems. We never hear about the trials and tirbulations that athletes go through unless it is a story that is...Read full review »

There's another side to the world of pro sports - the real side. The world where people are fighting for their place everyday and aren't on million dollar contracts. This is a great podcast, because it's real. No fluff, no crappy cliched questions, just real talk.

The world of sports is certainly not without excitement, competition, and physical prowess. That's easily how an outsider might describe it. But what about the spectacle itself? Not the game or the equipment, but the players, whose lives have become synonymous with how the observer describes...Read full review »

I wasn't entirely sure what to expect when I downloaded this podcast. The premise sounded very interesting and unique - hearing from the professional athletes about their lives off the court - the part we, as spectators, aren't a part of. I hadn't heard of Greg Butler before listening to the...Read full review »

Had the pleasure in speaking with Tyson all about ultra running and the mind-games/struggles/training that come with it. Tyson had awesome questions and really knew how to help us tell our story well. On that note, Tyson has quite a wicked story himself! Hit the Subscribe.
