a gem for reflection
In the beginng of this summer I asked friends for valuable podcasts for thought provocation. The gem of that request is the Audio Dharma. I enjoy every minute of it, as I learn more and more about mindfulness, buddhist way of thinking, and meditation. The teachers giving these talks are very unpretentious, which can be a rare thing in this domain, and the form of the teachingd fit well with me. I can recommend them to everyone. I furthermore appreciate that some podcasts are long - almost an hour, and some are short and fit well with a brief daily break, or with walk with the baby stroller.

This is one of my favorite podcasts. All speakers explain Buddhist principles in an eloquent and very understandable way. It really helps me to transfer Buddhist principles to my daily life. The podcasts have an excellent quality and I find the talks inspiring. I often listen to them late at night.
