Such an amazing resource
I love recommending friends and family who are planning or expecting a baby start listening to Australian Birth Stories. After four children I still learn things from every episode. One of the most transformative episodes for me was a lovely Mum who spoke about her experience of antenatal depression and anxiety. I am ashamed to say before listening I just really didn’t understand and had little empathy for women who suffered from these conditions. I’ve definitely changed the language I use with friends who are pregnant and have much more empathy and awareness of how different peoples experiences can be. Thank you for the amazing work you are doing!

Since having my own daughter I am so fascinated by birth and love listening to other Australian women telling their stories. There's lots of variety in the show and so many aspects of different births are covered. Well done Sophie!Read full review »
