Well worth a listen
There’s a lot of mental health podcasts doing the rounds at the moment, but most of them leave me feeling the interviewer feels their more important than the episode subject or guest. This is the opposite - really greater interviewer who gives his guests the space to explore the issues 👍👍👍

Making mistakes is what makes us human. We need to do a much better job of talking about our failings and the growth opportunities that come with it. Really excited to listen to more episodes and would highly recommend.

This is a great podcast that should become a part of your library during times like these! The stories each week are quite inspirational and feature all different types of people. Sam gives them space to talk whilst moving the interviews along nicely - give it a listen!

A great listen which doesn’t shy away from difficult topics! Showing how each guest overcame adversities in their life.
